I was actually very disappointed with my experience. I made the deal by phone and was thrilled with the customer service. The salesman was going off shift and set me up with another salesman to work with in person. I expected a smooth process once I arrived. Had to rely on GM to straighten the mess Javier created. Javier accused us of things we didn’t do and tried to charge me over $5,000 on a buy back that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If I decide to trade my vehicle in for another newer model, I won’t come to this Lexus location. Javier is a crook! He even told me to take my SUV somewhere else for maintenance, oil changes, etc. Still owes me a tank of gas per Sales Manager.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with a smile and how can help you. The second person that greeted me with a smile and he wanted to know how can I help you and he did. Each person told me their name, but l forgot their names. The young man that was my technician for my old Lexus and the Don Ansley who sold me my new Lexus were excellent. I thank God for everything they did to make my buying another Lexus experience unforgettable.
Northside has always been amazing until new management, it is not the same anymore. They just try to rush you out no personal treatment anymore.
Tim Carmout always helped me, he was the absolute best. I have purchased multiple vehicles from him, I’m devastated that he is no longer there.

Highly professional group of employees who show marked enthusiasm for their work. They treat customers in a very friendly manner and earn their respect because of their knowledge and openness. This begins with the concierge or person at the front through everyone I have met in the organization. They try to make your decision easier and they certainly go out of their way to accommodate you. I really enjoy coming to the dealership and even waiting in the reception area having water or coffee. They are highly polished brand ambassadors for the dealership. I truly appreciate all of them.
You should use history and not insult long time Lexus owners with ridiculous offers on trade ins.
Lexus Visit We recently had our LX in for an oil change. Several days after that we found a large puddle of oil on our garage floor. Immediately scheduled appointment which was for 9:30. We arrived at 9:34 and Michael Gauen informed us we were late, then proceeded to say, “What did you do to it?” Never once while we waited did we receive an apology. In all the years and numerous purchases with this dealership have we been treated with poor customer service. Needless to say, we will be taking our future purchases elsewhere!
