My wife and I have purchased approximately 5 vehicles from Ashley since relocating to Houston in 2021. Even when we tried other dealers and brands, we always revert back to Ashley. Exceptional customer service from MARK GREEN very professional. Recently Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The only thing that I had an issue with is that I'm not sure if the car was serviced before getting the keys I say that because the dashboard is saying -400 days since service and when I got home and open the hood which I should of done at the dealership the coolant reservoir was completely dry luckily I had some at home. Here’s a balanced, honest review: Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle. The process was smooth, and I’m happy with the car. The only downside was that not everyone at the dealership was very friendly or welcoming, which could be improved. Other than that, everything went well, and I appreciate their help with my purchase.

Had a great experience with Mark Green. I bought a used 2018 ES 350 and am a little disappointed that the tire year manufactured was not discussed. I blame myself for not bringing it up but I didn't know better. I am extremely happy with the car otherwise.

Nathan could practically read my mind when it came to the cars I wanted to test drive! Ultimately, I chose the Nori green Lexus RX 350 and it’s been a dream to drive. The safety features are outstanding especially when I’m parking the car. There’s much more for me to learn about the car but I’m very impressed with the quality of my Lexus. I would definitely have Nathan as my salesperson again!

I purchased a used Hyundai SUV. The salesman responded promptly to my email, communicating interest in the vehicle. However, the vehicle was not cleaned before the test drive. The salesman said there was no owner’s manual, so I did not receive one. The salesman stated a few times that he is not familiar with this vehicle and couId not tell anything about it. We purchased a used car, unfortunately we bought it site unseen, we drove in from Austin to pick it up. The dealer would not hold it for me with a deposit and the car was not in great condition. In addition we had to wait several hours at the dealer, when we had made an appointment to pick up the car, which was already paid for before we got there, with our own financing. Several employees were just sitting around but nobody could help us, clearly not a well run dealership. I would not recommend shopping here.

William Martinez, my service advisor and his head mechanic Ezekiel did a fantastic job of repairing my new UX which was making a clunking noise after a suspension lift job, and made all the noises disappear and the ride like new. I'm now a fan of this duo, and have asked my wife to get her NX serviced by them as well. Great job guys, keep it up.
I experienced a very pleasant new car purchase. Dealt with highly professional staff and best of it all no surprises.
Everything was fine till it got to the end of my deal with titling. My salesman was Steve, I guess since the deal is done he won’t return a text or call. I live in Ms I traveled to Tx to make this deal now it’s costing me more money because penalties are being added due to me not being able to get the proper paperwork to get my tag.
