Doug was the absolute best in my car buying process. I went in wanting to get the RX350. I told Doug that I was looking for a post doctorate gift and did not want another large "mom" vehicle. He then showed me the ES350 electric on the showroom floor. I fell in love! Doug was very communicative and I purchased the very first ES350 hybrid from the dealership. I will definitely be doing business with Doug again in the future.

I had no idea how nice and reliable Lexus cars were/are. I had purchased two Cadillac CTS as my last two cars, and after about 6/7 years of life, they literally fell apart. 2019, needed +10k of dollars worth of work in 2026. The dealership was really nice, a luxury experience, and Shaw, my salesperson was great, making herself available, and had relevant answers to all my questions. Know what you want, and know that this is a no haggle place to do business for new luxury cars. I did not go to service, but new car sales.
