Dealership Outreach Guidelines

Northside Lexus outreach is targeted to serve communities in and around the dealership locations. We consider requests submitted by organizations that have a tax-exempt classification of 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Requests should be submitted via email or in writing and include:

• Name of organization, address, and telephone number
• Contact person, address, telephone number, and email address
• History, mission, the population currently served, key personnel, Board of Directors and Trustees
• Current copy of the organization’s Form W-9 (must be dated in the same year as the request)

Requests related to an event should include:

 
Requests for financial sponsorships to private or parochial schools; clubs, troops, and teams are available on a limited basis. When funds are available for this type of request, our employee’s children’s groups have priority consideration. Requests for funds should be made as far in advance as possible. Corporate Philanthropy does not donate vehicles or offer grants.

Please note, we receive hundreds of requests for support. We admire all the incredible people and organizations who come together to help others. We know there is a great need in so many areas. We wish we could say “yes” to all requests, but in order to better support the children and special needs members and the health concerns of our communities, we have chosen to more tightly focus our outreach efforts.

An associate of the Outreach department will contact the organization as needed to obtain any additional information as part of the review process. Please allow four to six weeks for requests to be reviewed.
